We pride ourselves on the community we host at MetCon, a group of individuals dedicated to building those up around them.
Arrive 10 minutes early, water in hand or fill your bottle at the hydration station.
Our coaches are available to answer any questions you may have about the gym or the workouts. We will invite you onto the gym floor once we are ready.
WARM UP
Move through a dedicated coach-led warm up designed specifically to prime and prepare your body for that day’s workout.
WORKOUT
Lift weights or sweat it out during our strength/capacity portion to build and maintain lean muscle, improve your cardio and develop your functional fitness.
Our coaches will always make time after the sessions to chat about nutrition, recovery or anything that will help you achieve your fitness goals faster.
Or drop that question into your private accountability chat with your coaches and they will give you all the information you require.
